Absolutely terrible customer service, fees and charges are ridiculous and on top of all that my personal data is at risk because their system was breached. For almost a year someone attempted to access my bank account and I was repeatedly locked out of my own account because of these attempts. After a year of calling customer service I finally spoke with someone knowledgeable enough to remedy that part, then the bank started robbing me instead.
I was given an direct deposit from the branch on White Bridge Rd. Nashville TN. With the wrong account. My direct deposit went into the wrong account. I immediately notified and has to yet receive my money. I don't understand what the problem is to them correcting thier mistake and give me my money.
