Need an appointment to talk to banker. Very nice staff members.
I was told to get there a little bit early for my 10 o'clock appointment. But when I got there was a 5 people line and only one teller. And by the time I got to talk to someone. The person who I was supposed to talk to gotta walk in and was helping them. And I had an a ten o'clock appointment wow . They couldn't at least ask if anybody was there for an appointment.becouse i was Waiting 10 minutes to talk to someone and the One I was supposed to have the appointment with.. took a walks in Instead of me .. They put a hold for 14 days on every new clients check you try to deposit for your protection. I have two -tree clients a week, sometimes it’s 30k and my subs can’t wait. My bills won’t wait. If you have an overdraft they shut down your account for 3 weeks do you have no access nor ability to deposit over the phone. Worst experience
I would just like to say that anyone thinking of a new bank to do business with I highly recommend Fifth Third bank on kings hwy. In Port Charlotte. Every one there is so nice and helpful. They have so many options to make your bank needs work for you! Cynzia and Joseph are just a couple bank employees that make Fifth Third Great!! But they all are amazing devoted bank employees!!!
