To preface, I am completely satisfied with the staff here and they have all been friendly and accommodating. I decided to review this branch as it is one of the main branches I use and unfortunately not much seems to get through to corporate's thick skull. I should have made this review forever ago but I used to be satisfied with all of this bank's services. Fifth Third has been my go-to bank since high school, thanks to their convenient ATM presence at my university. Ronna, my banker, has been a lifesaver—always kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Even when I’m distressed, she explains everything in a way that brings peace of mind. All the tellers are long-time staff, and I always feel welcomed by Roma and the others. Fifth Third has been my personal banking center since I was in high school. My choice to go with them was due to their ATM presence at my university down in Westerville.
