My husband withdrew money and your ATM did not disperse the cash. You did nothing to rectify the situation and told us to dispute it through our own bank. How many more people will be screwed today by your ATM machine?
I attempted to withdraw 60 dollars from your drive up ATM. It registered the transaction, but did not disperse the cash. I went inside to complain and was told I’ll have to file a disputed with my own bank. No attempt was made to rectify the situation. Would not recommend trying to withdraw money from your institution.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Spoke to 3 different people who all passed the buck to the next and then Chris Barnett lied about his title. This place is ran by a bunch of braindead idiots! Huntington just got a new customer...
