Listening skills were poor today. A simple split account transaction become more difficult than necessary. And why is it the tellers don't seem to be able to find an account by account number any longer. I've been out of banking some 20 years but seems worrisome the number isn't good enough any longer.
I had a really bad experience here and their customer service is terrible. I was left waiting for over 30 minutes just to make a simple deposit, and in the end, they gave me nothing but excuses. The staff made rude faces, and it seemed like they didn’t want to help me at all. Ultimately, they claimed they couldn’t even complete my deposit. I would strongly advise against going here.
Poor customer support. As a preferred user, I've asked multiple time to get some info on the high yield savings account and never received any information. Moving all money soon!
Teller number two with the Indian accent is the worst. Each time I come through the drive-thru I can withdraw $2,000 anything over that I have to come in. Today I go through the drive through and was told if it's 2,000 or more I have to come in. So I change the request to 1, 999. 99 and she sends it back saying you got to write down the words will be looking for a new bank soon. And this policy should be clearly printed and it's not. There should be a class action lawsuit.
