Teller number two with the Indian accent is the worst. Each time I come through the drive-thru I can withdraw $2,000 anything over that I have to come in. Today I go through the drive through and was told if it's 2,000 or more I have to come in. So I change the request to 1, 999. 99 and she sends it back saying you got to write down the words will be looking for a new bank soon. And this policy should be clearly printed and it's not. There should be a class action lawsuit.

5/3 should really answer their phones when it rings. It usually mean that a customer needs help with something. But for hours they are unavailable. Not good.
Their online banking app is awful. Zelle works sporadically, accounts disappear from the app and if a call to customer service is initiated no one is skilled enough to restore missing accounts back to the user's app and are only told, "thank you for banking with us, call your local branch, good luck."
