STACEY AND BRANDY ARE AMAZING. I went to another fifth third (Glenwood) to deposit a check and was flagged for fraud because they didn’t call to verify it. They told me it was a fraudulent check with no explanation without a care in the world and sent me on my way. Stacey sat me down, went out of her way to show me why it was flagged and personally contacted the bank where it came from to verify it. Been with 5/3 over 12 years. Always improving service for the better of the customer and community.
I would not recommend anyone to bank with fifth third. Ever since I made them my personal bank account I've had nothing but problems from service to not being able to make deposits and getting anything resolved goes absolutely nowhere. Everytime they claim to fix something it never happens. Please pick any other bank but this one. Their outdated service has been a problem for too long for them to be a top commercial bank... Update 12/28/22 ATM still doesn't and can't get any service
