I have been a customer of Fifth Third for several years on a personal level. In addition, my employer utilizes Fifth Third as well. Today, I needed to break around $130 in twenty dollar bills into fives and ones, and was stunned when the cashier launched into an interrogation: "Is this for a business?" (I reply yes). "Do you have the account number?" (I reply no). "Who is the manager?" Etc.
