I work with a lot of banks on behalf of estates and trusts. Today I was in Worthington for other business so stopped by this 5/3. What a delightful banking experience. Angela helped me. I was in and out in no time. The account was frozen due to the account holders death. I had the right paperwork. But Angela was the one who made things happen quickly. It normally takes 24 hours or so for a banker to get back to me. She did it in about 2 hours. It was great. I appreciate her professionalism and urgency.
I had a pretty good overall experience here. I wanted to sign up for an online account for my auto loan and had trouble doing so over the phone so I planned an appointment in person. When I came in they said I didn’t have an appointment despite my having an email confirmation. But they got me in and the woman I talked with was very kind and helpful.
Absolutely horrible experience. Went in to open a checking account. The banker doesn’t know what she is doing at all, and the banker interaction was super awkward. The banker kept forgetting to give me the correct documents to sign. Had to go in three times to open a simple account. Do not recommend.
So much turnover. I'm always dealing with strangers. Lately, seems tellers that had been there a while are gone (e.g. Judy) too. Location has become very impersonal. I need a bank where I know people and have trust. No longer have that.
