The customer service I have received at this 5/3 location has always been GREAT. I feel welcome and being that this a bank mart location (located inside the Kroger at Graceland shopping center), I was thoroughly IMPRESSED! Not the reason for the four star rating is the fact that here recently, the banking specialists that I have become accustomed to dealing with are no longer at that location. Bummer! Lost our house payment twice ,wouldn't trust these guys with a dollar, sadly enough the wife and I have to refi to get rid of these crooks

I called 30 mins before they closed an kept calling no one would answer just needed to do a transfer if you do not like your job why work there
Instead of helping me with a quick transfer, the person who answered the phone put me on hold because I called 4 minutes before the center closed. I've been on hold over 30 minutes now, and the transfer would have taken less than a minute! If you didn't want to assist any more customers, why did you pick up the phone in the first place? I know what time the bank closes!!! This is very poor customer service!!!
