I have been a customer with 5/3 for twenty plus years. I went there to get some cash today. The lady assisted was nice, but the guy in the mustache gen was pretty rude. As a bank, I only try to withdraw 5k but they doesn’t have a hundred or fifty dollars bills for me. I wasted a trip there and as a customer service associate, he should be apologetic and de-escalate but this gentleman was doing the opposite. He need to learn from the lady that assist me for sure. Wednesday, early afternoon ..no customers in drive up, nor lobby..3 tellers, 2 talking amongst themselves. 1 standing idle..no greeting, no thank you anything else I can assist you with? ..I said thank you twice...never got "You're welcome"...maybe tellers need to be retrained on how to greet the customer,who is their paycheck..
