This bank sucks and I cannot wait to close my accounts with them. Tired of dealing with stupid issues that they refuse to fix! And then the banker has the nerve to try to sell me on a loan to cover their issue until it's resolved. Yes, you people can't handle a simple check deposit but let me go ahead and open up a new loan with you. 🙄🤦♂️
Withdrawal and Deposits only. If you want information on your account just call the 800 line or message on the internet. It’s the same system their personal bankers use to get you “answers”. A waste of time and you’ll likely get bad information.

I have been a customer with 5/3 for twenty plus years. I went there to get some cash today. The lady assisted was nice, but the guy in the mustache gen was pretty rude. As a bank, I only try to withdraw 5k but they doesn’t have a hundred or fifty dollars bills for me. I wasted a trip there and as a customer service associate, he should be apologetic and de-escalate but this gentleman was doing the opposite. He need to learn from the lady that assist me for sure.
