I can not believe the reviews that I see about this particular branch of Fifth Third, they are just unrealistic! I am a customer service manager, So I know good customer service. This branch does not have it! I have even tried to call on different occasions when I really needed help on different issues with my account (trying to give them the benefit of the doubt) and it has always been the same horrific customer service. This is one of the best banks I have ever been to. I have been with Fifth Third for years. This location is the greatest. I highly recommend it.
