I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Fifth Third Bank while trying to withdraw funds from my CD Fix account. I expected a routine transaction but was met with unnecessary delays and poor customer service. When I arrived at the branch, I was surprised to find that no banker was available to assist me. THE WORST experience we had when we went to this location. They denied serving us and for our own money withdrawal. And told we have to come with appointment. We had taken our toddler on a rainy day and still declined to serve us. And they were not busy at all. Very poor and unprofessional customer service at this LOCATION. SPECIALLY WHEN WE ARE LOYAL CUSTOMER. This kind of people do not deserve job. Also they were rude and never answer phone call. Very disappointed. I would take my business somewhere reputable bank instead.

I will close my account as soon as possible! Very bad service and has no clue of customer’s questions. No manager no any management. Steal my money! It’s not good idea to put your money in that bank.
