Very disappointing experience. I visited this branch to open a new account, but no one seemed interested in helping me. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was told there was no banker or branch manager available. There were only two employees working in the entire branch. It's unacceptable to operate a branch without adequate staff and waste customers' time. Poor customer service and no respect for customers. I would not recommend this branch.
The old lady wouldn’t let me take my money out of my account with out a manager being present I can’t wait to close this account I have here and use a different bank
