Yung man with redish curly hair needs serious customer service skills. I walked in and I said "hi" 2x! no response once so ever, he stood there looking at me. At other locations I get greeted right away. I said "I need change order" pulled my card inserted in the card reader, after a while I realized nothing was processing or anything, I looked up and yep guy was just staring at me. Then he went on to say, "I'm in drive thru" .Again not one single word for me to follow up, because I know procedure I gave him the card instead... read more
