I received a series of fraudulent emails alleging I opened an account at this branch with a banker called Vicki Koper. I called the branch and other numbers associated with the bank, each of whom put me through to another number. Each person I spoke with asked me for sensitive information and no one addressed the fraudulent claims.

Mr. Mejia is the most unprofessional human being I’ve ever dealt with. How he treated my parents, is unacceptable. I have the need to come in on Monday morning, sit him down, and show him proper professional manners. I need to speak with the General Manager of this bank, on Monday morning - first thing. Or we will be seeking new banking needs elsewhere, where this behavior isn’t tolerated. There is no excuse for this type of racist, condescending, and inhumane treatment towards clients.
