Great first impression. Moved to the area within the year, first time being at the location to make a withdrawal. Two tellers on duty and was served quickly but securely. Happy with the experience and will be staying with them
My husband lost his debit card and went to the mobile app to cancel. Very easy, so we thought. The card that was canceled was mine and his was left open. This left us without a card and not knowing my card was closed. It takes 7-10 days to get a new card, which we thought would be the one that was lost until we tried to use mine and notification from all the auto pays we have on my card stating it was declined.
