Always only 1 person working the desk and drive thru... always 30 minutes just to make a deposit... at almost all locations...time to change banks

Had very little money to my name and wanted to get my bank account out of the negative, so I deposited money into the ATM, after doing so the machine told me that it had an error and printed out a receipt, I walked inside to get this fixed and they told me they couldn’t do anything to help and I should file a dispute… utter incompetence at this location and in most Fifth Third locations. Stopped by this location 5/14/24 at 4:50p to withdraw cash because I did not have my debit card with me. I wrote a check out to cash. I waited for close to 10 mins and initially the only person in the drive thru until another car pulled up. As I’m waiting, I hear the representative begin helping the car that just pulled up. I’m still waiting. In an empty parking lot a police car pull in and parks directly behind me.
