Mr. Mejia is the most unprofessional human being I’ve ever dealt with. How he treated my parents, is unacceptable. I have the need to come in on Monday morning, sit him down, and show him proper professional manners. I need to speak with the General Manager of this bank, on Monday morning - first thing. Or we will be seeking new banking needs elsewhere, where this behavior isn’t tolerated. There is no excuse for this type of racist, condescending, and inhumane treatment towards clients. Always only 1 person working the desk and drive thru... always 30 minutes just to make a deposit... at almost all locations...time to change banks
