Better Customer service, Friendly inviting atmosphere, tone of voice and how they talk and treat the customers is insane.
My friends 18 year old went in to open an account. He had a coupon to get a $250.00 bonus if he maintained a balance of $250.00 for 45 days. He gave them his coupon and they offered him different types of accounts. He chose one and managed to maintain his balance for the 45 days as required. Now 5th 3rd says the account he opened doesn't work with the coupon and will not give him the $250.00 bonus. Very poor customer service to have taken advantage of a young man opening his 1st account!
