Can never awser the phone, have had a problem everytime I try, I just called 20 times within the last 3 hours and no one has awsered
DO NOT BANK with this bank. Will pay out auto payments early so you have a overdraft fee then when you can sit in silence like the have no clue what you are talking about and if you ask for a manager they play a please wait 2-3 minutes multiple times to get you to hang up. No accountability or customer service skills. I dealt with teller Raine and she spoke so fast I could not understand her and she did not like repeating things. Ok well say it so it is understandable. How can you run a Business and never answer the phone.
What’s the point of having a phone and workers but no one answers the phone ever 1 out of 10 times someone’s gonna answer the phone. I don’t recommend this bank. I’m new here and I already see in the future. I’ve already verified myself in person. They want me to come back for another verification. I still haven’t received a debit card.
