Their ATM was not functioning correctly, rather than put a sign warning people they felt no obligation to warn people that the ATM had issues or that it was actively being worked on. They had a screw that was blocking the hatch from opening. This has lead to over 14 days of my son who’s handicap not being able to access his social security funds for rent. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at a banking institution in my life.. if you think you want to back here THINK AGAIN!!!
I've never had any negative interactions at the branch I go to. I've been going to this bank for 10 years.
Can never awser the phone, have had a problem everytime I try, I just called 20 times within the last 3 hours and no one has awsered
