Very friendly customer service
Their ATM was not functioning correctly, rather than put a sign warning people they felt no obligation to warn people that the ATM had issues or that it was actively being worked on. They had a screw that was blocking the hatch from opening. This has lead to over 14 days of my son who’s handicap not being able to access his social security funds for rent. They knew it happened they could have verified everything and given the money but NOPE because the ATM is just a signed agreement for them. Where is the customer service? W... read more
Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at a banking institution in my life.. if you think you want to back here THINK AGAIN!!!
