Been with 5th 3rd since it was State Savings in 1990, I was just in the drive through for 20 mins simply trying to deposit a check and make a small cash withdraw.. if I had to bank at this location my over 30 year would end. Train your tellers
I just want notary the paper and I came 2 times in the morning but the woman told me that nobody do that today .

If you value your time then bank elsewhere. Opened my account online and now they're locking my account until I come in with 2 forms of photo ID AND my social security card. No normal bank does that
