I know I submitted the paperwork, I feel like if they didn't get it they should have followed up with me instead of continuing to take my money. Also, know that you can contact them in in their message center, but don't expect a generic response for at least two months!

There was an issue with website after redesign. Transactions did not appear appropriately resulting in overdraft fees. I went to the Whitehall office with print screens. They said someone would call me after investigating (they sometimes are on hold for extended time with corporate call center); they did not. I then called and was switched to call center. Found part of the reversal. Call center completed the rest as it was a banking issue. Asked to notify of the local issue. They switched me to local. It rang for a long time... read more
