If I could give this place zero stars I would, I swear every single time I’ve had to do banking with this place. I’ve left more frustrated and nothing has ever been solved every single time that I go here. It’s not necessarily fifth third as a whole, but this particular branch drives me crazy.

I'm not even a customer, but my mother had her mortgage here. Everyone at this branch was very helpful with the various questions I had and helped me get the necessary documents to get the property sold in a timely manner. I very much appreciated their patience and attention to service.

This was, without a doubt, the most humiliating and infuriating experience I have ever had at a bank. We came in on Saturday for a simple appointment and were met with blatant profiling and hostility from the banker, who pardon me, is of Indian/south Asian descent. Instead of doing her job, she had the audacity to drill us on our immigration status, questions that were completely irrelevant to our banking needs and clearly rooted in prejudice.
