My experience with Fifth Third Bank has been extremely frustrating. I strongly dislike their system and the way they treat customers, especially their repeated and unnecessary interrogation whenever I try to withdraw my own money. Every time I visit a branch to request a withdrawal, I am questioned about why I need the money and what I plan to use it for. This is completely unacceptable.
