I'm not even a customer, but my mother had her mortgage here. Everyone at this branch was very helpful with the various questions I had and helped me get the necessary documents to get the property sold in a timely manner. I very much appreciated their patience and attention to service.
This was, without a doubt, the most humiliating and infuriating experience I have ever had at a bank. We came in on Saturday for a simple appointment and were met with blatant profiling and hostility from the banker, who pardon me, is of Indian/south Asian descent.
