Stay away! Terrible Customer Service. After a very lengthy phone call to customer service I was told that I wouldn't receive a statement. They don't exist, online or by mail. If you're lucky, they will opt you in the receive a payment reminder. A little bit of transparency would go a long way. I won't be calling back.
Good customer service. Good bank
Closing my account and going elsewhere. Since I switched my investments from them, I’ve had the most terrible customer service each time. Initially I had a high priority account but I decided to go with a different financial advisor, one who actually listens to the goals I am trying to attain and actively assists with that, and I removed my securities from 5/3 and I’ve been baffled by the switch of treatment. 10/10 do not recommend!
