Stay away! Terrible Customer Service. After a very lengthy phone call to customer service I was told that I wouldn't receive a statement. They don't exist, online or by mail. If you're lucky, they will opt you in the receive a payment reminder. A little bit of transparency would go a long way. I won't be calling back.
Good customer service. Good bank
Closing my account and going elsewhere. Since I switched my investments from them, I’ve had the most terrible customer service each time. Initially I had a high priority account but I decided to go with a different financial advisor, one who actually listens to the goals I am trying to attain and actively assists with that, and I removed my securities from 5/3 and I’ve been baffled by the switch of treatment. 10/10 do not recommend!
Their nice and efficient
Good for the most part. The drive through atm has been broken before but it didn't take long for them to get it back up and running. There phone service is a mess and super hard to navigate & get a real person on the phone !
