I wanted to share an unfortunate experience my 80-year-old mother had at the bank where she has been a customer since 2006. She normally uses the drive-through machines to withdraw money with her bank card, but since her card expired, we decided to go inside the bank. When we approached the teller window, there was a lady who seemed to be of Ethiopian descent. We requested a certain amount of money, but she gave us the wrong amount. Spoke to Paige Robinson yesterday and she is the best. Whilst no one was able to fix the issue i called about. She was kind, patient, and professional. She tried to help resolve my issue and went above and beyond with the customer service she provided me. This one is a winner and a keeper.
