AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Worst experience ever. James Green is a “yes-man” kinda guy and made it seem as if I’d have no issues with a physician loan. Horrible and delayed communication, easy pre-approval & then burned as you get closer to closing. Got denied on my loan 2 weeks before closing, making over 2/3 the value of the home and having around 1/2 the value in assets. Do yourself a favor and learn about creative finance and seller finance.
