Been there 3 times now and the tellers and everyone else there makes everything run smoothly with being kind.
If I had a dollar for everytime I go to withdraw and the machine is messed up I’d be a millionaire.
Fifth third bank is a complete joke. Was told I would receive a call back from 3 different people and still no one has called back to address an issue with THEIR system. I don’t appreciate being lied to especially by a bank! The fact that you have people responding to reviews but not to customers calling in for assistance is “a very frustrating experience.”Perhaps if you spent more time actually helping your customers instead of blowing them off you wouldn’t have so many bad reviews.
