Probably should put up a sign on the doors stating the cash advance machine is down and the status of it coming back is Unknown! There is always a problem when I go to branch’s to use cash advance to put money in account
Went in to discuss a dispute about a transaction. I was ready to pull my money from the bank. The gentleman that helped me was understanding and helpful. He did not apologize like so many companies do just to try and make me feel better. He was professional and friendly. At the end he even shook my hand like a professional. Firm and confident. I will be using this bank for all my banking needs.
The cashier and bankers are always friendly and curious.
