I recently had a very upsetting experience at this branch involving a banker named Lauren. She called me out of nowhere and accused me of opening a fraudulent account, then immediately placed holds on my account without giving me a chance to explain or verify anything. This froze my access to my own money and caused unnecessary stress. No restrooms, no WiFi, customer waiting area is stuffed into the smallest corner possible but somehow it's still in the way of people walking. I realize fifth third is big enough that they don't have to care about the little guys coming into the bank, but they could at least pretend to be hospitable.
