Called to check on a check that was bounced back from a customer. Bank manager didn't want to look at what happened. Just told me to bring the check in as it was a mobile deposit. I explained that is hard can we see why it bounced back. He was not going to waist his time. So i explained I didn't like the rude way he was talking to me and that's not customer service.
