answer the f-ing phone with a human being instead of jerking one around for 30 minutes then sending them to someone else that isn't able to answer the question.
Wow. I was just in the Bank to get money for my father who is Disabled and has been ill. They would not cash his check unless I paid a $25 fee because I do not have an account there. I showed them my ID. He has had an account with them for 30+ years. He even called them and they refused to cash his check unless a $25 fee was paid. Pretty sad.
