I will never go to this Fifth Third Bank ever again!! I went through the drive thru yesterday (8/23/13) around 1:15pm, at this bank to deposit money, and to cash a few checks. There was another lady next to me also getting money out. The bank teller somehow switched our two canisters and gave this lady named Katherine my money and my driver’s license back.
