The nastiest fifth third in ohio , bad management , low maintenance atm machines 90% of time it doesn't take my cash and it suck my card over 3 times
I had a great experience with the bank teller. She was nice and respectful, but the bank manager, on the other hand, was condescending and rude. I have been trying to close my account here for a few weeks. I had a name change and wanted to close my account that was with my old name. I called closed my account and the account was reopened in the middle of the night. They allowed for charges to come through, after I cleared my account to a zero balance. They make closing your account extremely difficult and insist they do not ... read more
