Fifth third shares a parking lot area in the back it's a little confusing getting in.put I got in
Had a petty cash check for my store. They refused to cash it. I have accounts with them and still refused too. Have taken petty cash checks to multiple other 5/3 locations and had no issues. Branch manager stated all locations were in the wrong. High doubtful, on that. You and your employees just didn’t want to do it or are not trained properly.
It's a bank and for not being a credit union it isn't half bad.
I am very disappointed with 5/3 after over 20 years with them they have become a bank that doesn't care about the people that bank with them. I am going to be leaving them because of how they went from relationship driven when I first started with them to nothing more than a number. Amazing how a good company goes to bad from poor leadership.
