I had to write a review after reading a couple of the negative ones. I have found ALL the staff at this branch to be cheerful and anxious to help. I want to especially thank Megan Click-Kelly who has helped me though several banking account changes and is always pleasant and answers my questions. All the remaining staff are always cheerful and very help also.
In & out fast Great bank
Disappointed in how they handle things and customer service. I can’t even get a call back in a timely manner and have wasted months trying to do a refinance.
Edit: still no action taken to help me after calling their customer service line. Incredibly unsympathetic and unmotivated customer service. I called last week about money missing from my deposit. The manager put in the bare minimum effort to help me with my issue and was ready to leave it at that. After I requested more research into the incident I was told I would receive a follow up call, but that never came. I won't be doing anymore business with Fifth Third and encourage others to move their accounts to a more trustwort... read more
