This branch has been extremely helpful in my personal and business banking needs. I have not had a problem with my questions being answered and I get a call from the banker I work with every few months to check on my banking needs. I am very happy with my banking experiences with this branch.

I was trying to add a payee. I tried on the computer and on the app. As instructed by the web page, I called customer service and spoke to a person in a foreign call center. He said all he could tell me was that his computer screen told him I was trying to add an address which did not exist (not true). I stopped at this branch to get a check, and was told that it was $10 for a cashier’s check and $2 for a money order. I had to write a review after reading a couple of the negative ones. I have found ALL the staff at this branch to be cheerful and anxious to help. I want to especially thank Megan Click-Kelly who has helped me though several banking account changes and is always pleasant and answers my questions. All the remaining staff are always cheerful and very help also.
