Do NOT do business with this bank. I have been with this bank for 4 yrs and have had my credit cards frozen at least 3 times. The latest time, I called the bank to tell them I was going to Paris, only to have them freeze my card as my wife and I were riding the subway into downtown. The suspicious activity causing my cards to be frozen? I bought two train tickets at the train station!!! Instead of enjoying a nice meal in Paris, I spent $100 calling 5/3rd to beg them to use my own money to buy tickets to return to my hotel. E... read more
