Went here to cash a check DRAWN ON FIFTH THIRD BANK and they want 5% to cash THEIR OWN CHECK that they can verify funds from the business’s account for. They say this is because you aren’t a customer but if it’s drawn on your bank…. I SHOULD’T need to be!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. If I was looking for a new bank, this wouldn't help gain my business. Do not try to cash a check drawn on this bank if you don't have an account with them. If you do have an account, close it and use a better bank. You shouldn't be charged a fee to cash a check drawn on the bank. They also create a profile for you with your personal information before they inform you they want a percentage. It seems no one knows how to remove that profile. The myriad of terrible reviews is well earned for this bank.

The worst experience I could have had. I transposed 2 digits when paying my mortgage. I went into the bank on 4 separate occasions and they told me I had indeed paid, they just haven't posted it. They finally showed me I was off by 300 dollars after continuously telling me I was paid and all was good. They will not remove a late payment from my credit report because the computer shows I was late despite never missing a payment with them for 15 years.
