This branch provides first-class personal banking service. There was an $8000 deposit into a shared account of mine that we did not make! This mistake was made at another branch. Problem: This account is shared with my handicapped nephew. His SSI supplement goes into this account. Anything over $2000 in this account will affect his already minimal stipend, because he does work the most he can. I contacted online customer service through the app. They were zero help!
