They refuse to give me my title to my car. Its been paid off since August 18. It's now September 22. They said thirty days. won't give me a release letter for the BMV . Alessha Webb just lied to me and gave me a 800 number. Said she couldn't help. Never get a loan from 5/3.
After being a long-term customer, I am closing my account. I was disappointed to find unexpected minimum balance fees on accounts I didn't realize required them. Originally, I have never had a minimum. When I reached out, the bank was only willing to refund a single month. I had heard negative things about Fifth Third Bank for years, but didn’t have personal experience until recently. I have to agree with these negative reviews. I plan to move to another bank though I have had this account for decades. I had a deposit returned last month over a ridiculous endorsement matter and then today the ATM would not even accept a check deposit. I have nothing good to say about 5/3 any more.
