I had heard negative things about Fifth Third Bank for years, but didn’t have personal experience until recently. I have to agree with these negative reviews. I plan to move to another bank though I have had this account for decades. I had a deposit returned last month over a ridiculous endorsement matter and then today the ATM would not even accept a check deposit. I have nothing good to say about 5/3 any more.
The worst branch I've ever dealt with.. I will go out of my way to not go back..Sat at the drive-thru windows for 15 minutes and got zero help.
I'm 60 years old and this is the very first review I've ever left for any company. Have ask for a simple review of the rate for my money market and have first been given a condescending lecture from the manager then I tried emailing through the 53 website and have been ignored. Just pathetic customer service. Will be switching banks as soon as I find a better one, which shouldn't be hard.
