Really nice. Got there a little before closing and everyone was very nice. First time removing money and it was super easy. Place was very comfortable vibe. Thanks all!
I literally had one of their ATM's eat $1000 deposit and had to file a dispute and it was DENIED due to apparently them saying the machine was balanced with no overages, so they basically stole my money... this is the second time I had one of their ATMs eat my deposit. This is unacceptable! Do not bank here unless you are prepared to throw money away. Crazy way to treat a customer who has banked with them for 10+ years... on to a new bank I go!
The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. They always take time to fully answer any questions I may have (and I tend to ask a lot of questions). They have always been very upfront and flexible. I have multiple accounts with them and have never had an issue with their service at this branch. However, my debit card info has been stolen at least five times, and their fraud phone line is based somewhere in India and the people there are absolutely rude and impossible every single time it’s happened. I cannot believe that your own bank will try to steal from you. Today I went to complete several transactions like I usually do, but today I was more attention as I had previously noticed that there were strange things going with my transactions, when I see that the bank teller put a $100 bill under his keyboard and he gave me the deposit slip it had $100 less and told him that I saw him putting the $100 that I was magically missing he had under his keyboard!!!!
