Horrible phone service. No one answers. Recording sends you in circles. Not acting like “The only bank you’ll ever need. “
Lema is very rude. She has been with the company for awhile I'm guessing so she has this know it all attitude and doesn't like to be wrong. As a senior csr she needs to correct that. That is the bank I go to and every time I go, i never have problems except for her. This is the second time i had a run in with her and she is very unpleasant to do my transaction with. The gentleman to the far right usually takes care of me and gives me no problems. Always hold conversation and very nice. Maybe he can give her some pointers on ... read more
