Tellers inside have always been friendly and accommodating. Loan officer (at the time) was very helpful when we moved to North Canton. My only complaint is the ATM. It is SOOOO SLOOOOWWWWWWW. I stop at 5/3 ATMs all over the place in NE Ohio and they aren't like this one. For some reason, this location's ATM is seriously slower than Christmas. Something has to be wrong with it. Please fix it. Update 3 weeks later: still slower than molasses

Teller was very snooty and rude. I had to show 2 forms of identification, give my telephone number, social security number, and then use my a t m card inside the bank just to make a $200 withdraw. The manager however, was helpful. I used a different branch the next time and had no issues at all.
Please stop calling me!! Put it in my call notes that I DONT answer. I’m a 23 year old girl I use the app for anything and everything I’d need. In fact im pretty sure I withdrew all my money from this account so there is no need to keep calling me omg
