So frustrated been trying to call the customer service no answer scheduled an appointment to go in requested call backs never happened been calling since 8 this morning about 20 calls in keep being told the office is closed and repeats the hours 8am-9pm got answered twice call dropped both time ma absolutely not getting any closer to fixing the dang problem I’m having and guess what no one has tried to call back from the dropped calls no emails this is ridiculous I will never use them again
I really like the bank tellers!
Couldn’t get into my online banking, customer service line tried to tell me my information was incorrect. Called here and Logan took care of me, very kind and resolved everything. Thank you!
