Drive my disabled friend 1 hour to this place just to have the manager Brandon t berens said he wasn't letting her take out any of her money... Or do a cashier check with her money.... She had to close the account just to get her money.
My whole family banks here. Stephanie is such an amazing person.She helps me with all my banking questions for me and all my children.She is very smart and not pushy.Logan always greets us with a smile. They have a wonderful team here. I wont go anywhere else. Great job team.
I dealt with 5/3for more than 3yrs. before switching to Chase,only for convenience of banking what a mistake now I'm back with 5/3 with the help from Logan Thanks Logan
So frustrated been trying to call the customer service no answer scheduled an appointment to go in requested call backs never happened been calling since 8 this morning about 20 calls in keep being told the office is closed and repeats the hours 8am-9pm got answered twice call dropped both time ma absolutely not getting any closer to fixing the dang problem I’m having and guess what no one has tried to call back from the dropped calls no emails this is ridiculous I will never use them again
