I regularly deposit cash, but it's becoming impossible when the ATM screen is filthy and covered in spider webs and dead bugs—and actual spiders—that have clearly been there for weeks. I understand that the light may attract them at night, but this has gone far beyond acceptable. Please take a moment to clean and maintain the machine. It shouldn’t be that difficult.
I had some questions regarding some interest charges on my credit card even though I didn't have a balance. I called the 800 customer service number and the agent was condescending, and no help at all. I called Rebekah at my local branch. She took the time to listen to my concerns and asked if she could research the issue and get back to me. She called me back about an hour later and resolved the issue. I came to this bank at 4:17 p.m. in which my teller was Ms. Rebekah Register. I asked how long would it take to open a checking account as I didn't want to pay the 2% fee on a large check. She told me it'll take about half an hour to open a checking account when we had more than 43 minutes and she still refused to open a checking account for me as she did not want to be bothered when they did not have any customers.
