I wasted my whole lunch hour trying to cash an advancement check from my employment which was drawn from fifth third Bank and they gave me a hassle. Making phone calls to my employer and finally at the end because I didn't have an account with fifth third, they wanted to charge me $8 to cash a check drawn from them. Wrong answer.
We went there to pay off our mortgage and everyone was so nice and accommodating! Molly, the banker we dealt with, was absolutely fantastic!! Very professional and just so sweet! Overall, great experience!
