I have been a 53 customer for 11 years and visiting the 53 in downtown Brighton for as long. The new location is beautiful, but Molly is not very customer focused. She was rude and very snotty. I will NOT be using this branch again. It’s a shame.
Bank day is exciting for my puppy. We go to the first bank to get the house payment, then 5/3 to pay the house payment. The first Bank no longer has a shoot for cookies, a disappointment. But he's nvr let down@ 5/3 when he hears the container traveling through the tube! Today, Deb the teller asked if he could have two cookies! Deb let me/him know he was receiving a special treat today! A 5/3 bandana! Thank you 5/3!
