Fifth Third Avon branch gave me the best possible customer service today--first when I paid my card bill, and second when a personal banker, Katie Pettit, assisted me in converting my card points to cash. She phoned a national number and the customer service rep there offered to give me the cash value of past expired points. It took three transactions to accomplish that and Katie had to do a lot of writing, which she did as though it was her pleasure.
