ATM took my money
This bank sure knows how to use other people’s money by giving away access to your account to people that shouldn’t have access!! They just let them draw and give away your new atm card to anyone . This bank also puts people mail in jeopardy by putting full account numbers on your statements sent to your home and one of my envelopes were opened, not by me . . I wanted to withdrawal cash from my account under 10K and was told they did not have that much on hand and I would have to travel 8 miles to another branch or pay my contractor with a cashiers check. The snobby girl charged me $10.00 for the cashiers check and put a hold on it. When I got upset, I started to tell her it is not her that I am upset with, she interrupted me explaining there were many businesses that withdrew large amounts of money and they didn't have my money on hand.
