Horrible experience. Walked in to apply for a loan at 2PM Monday and was told I couldn’t be seen that day. After mentioning my intention to go to another bank, I was offered an appointment at 3PM that same day. Came back at for my appointment at 3 only to be told I had to wait even longer. I was looked in the eyes a total of 4 times between 3 bank reps. The promotional offer that they had was very exciting. Therefore, we decided to try it out since we were planning to switch to another bank that is closer to us. However, the lady that assisted us to open an account was not enthusiastic by any means. She was very short and dry when speaking to us. I think she is in the wrong position for fifth third bank to prosper. I think it would help her if she was to be reminded that customers are the life blood of the business.
The desk help is awful! We sat for 20 minutes and the lady in the last office was ignoring us
