5/3 was not helpful. I had a very old government bond to cash with no social security number as they did not use it back then. They refused to cash it and advised me to contact the government via internet and have it reissued w/ss nbr.( The government does not reissue mature gov bonds per email from gov). I contacted one of my other banks and they gave me no problem I just had to fill out a form with my SS nbr. 5/3 refused to help me find the government web site and I threatened to remove all my money which I will do.
