Started banking here and I was so disappointed how I was treated by woman named Tara and then Brian. I have a decent amount of money in fifth third and since moving out to this area of ohio (since moving my small business out here) service has been awful. Was treated poorly by a Tara due to have difficulty with my fifth third banking app (keep in mind I use fifth for my business) simply asked her a few questions and she seemed disturbed I would dare asking her and politely complained to one of the managers whom named was Bri... read more
