I called last week about not being able to make an online transaction. Last time, their system was having problems. When I called, I got this woman who was snippy and plain rude. I mean extremely rude. Turns out, it was the branch manager. I was floored a branch manager couldn’t conduct herself professionally on a simple phone call and stay in control. I called corporate and filed a complaint. Changing banks.
5/3rd is 3 weeks late paying our escrowed home owners insurance. we get dropped in 2 weeks. we, nor our insurance agent can speak to a human being to get a solve...hpw is this legal or possible? not even our local branch can give us any reasons or answers or even het in touch with some1 to help us
