The managers at this location are not only incompetent, they will lie right to you. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for them to simply transfer my IRA to another company. They insist that they never received my messages, or that they left messages, that they were out of the office and had family emergencies, I needed to fax the form, no, meant you needed to mail the form, no, there’s no IRA Department, sorry we need to know the EXACT minute that you faxed the form...Basic Customer Service and common sense processes do not... read more
