I have never written a bad review but I am frustrated and the customer service team was rude and condescending. (This is for 5/3 as a whole, not this branch). I opened my bank account when I was 16 - many years ago. Since then I haven’t had many problems with Fifth Third. However, I recently made the switch to Capital One for my checking account because it made sense considering I was using them for credit & savings. I transferred my money over to my checking account.
