Coustomer service is terrible...pitiful and although I am not, will not and glad not to be a customer, I learned there is a fee for everything. Ironically I am shopping for a new bank and IT WILL NOT BE fifth third.

I have nothing but problems. The account managers are not experienced and do not know how to help their customers. Oh and beware their fees are high, and they charge for everything.
