Everyone I talked to has no clue what they are doing and can't help get to the correct department!
I have been trying to get my release for my Cadillac escalade for months so I can register and drive but they say they're sending it out and it's literally been months and I can't get the lien release the vehicle has been paid of and I feel like they are holding it hostage
Terrible app for processing loans. Tries to charge you a pastdue payment when you have made payments already. I would not recomment conducting any financial transactions with this institution. I would stay away from the hassle of dealing with their customer service people too.
