Terrible app for processing loans. Tries to charge you a pastdue payment when you have made payments already. I would not recomment conducting any financial transactions with this institution. I would stay away from the hassle of dealing with their customer service people too.
If I could give this place zero I would. The most uneducated and unkind staff I have dealt with in a very long time. They are incredibly unhelpful, rude, and show zero compassion or true understanding of various practices. Please train your staff better, for a financial institution of your size customers expect your customer facing staff to be well educated and kind.
