I'm not a fan of writing bad reviews, but I've had it with this branch. Lemont branch makes a huge production whenever I want to take money out of transfer money. I've never seen anything like it. I avoid this Branch now, and drive 20 minutes out the way.
Have had okay experiences with this bank. Never really loved it, but today I walked in and they were having some sort of staff meeting at 11 a.m. in the lobby. All 3 tellers worked on my 4 deposits to "get it done faster." The whole thing was very weird and tense. I never liked this manager, she's always seemed very inconvenienced by customers and today was so bad. It made me feel awkward and like an inconvenience to the staff. The whole thing took 2 minutes. Incompetent bankers, go elsewhere if you value money
We had an awful experience at the 5/3rd in Lemont. We had a huge issue and could not get anyone from the bank to call us back or meet with us. I kept calling and emailing and it took a weeks for someone to get back to us. Awful customer service. We are closing all of our accounts and will not be using 5/3rd anymore
